6 Energising + Restorative 10-Minute Yoga Flows: You’ll get both Yin-inspired practices (slow, deep stretches that calm the nervous system) + morning energising flows to awaken your body + mind. These quick, accessible practices focus on key body areas like hips, heart, and twists, so you can nourish your body in a way that feels good, no matter how busy your day is.
Journaling Prompts: Thoughtful prompts designed to help you reflect on your current self-care routine and set achievable intentions for growth. These will guide you to a deeper understanding of your needs + how you can make small changes to simplify your self-care journey.
Meditations: Short, grounding meditations to support your mental well-being, help you reset when needed, + encourage mindfulness throughout your day. A simple moment of stillness can go a long way in fostering clarity and peace.
Affirmations: I’ll be sharing daily affirmations—both recorded + shared in our Daily Inspiration WhatsApp group—to help you stay aligned with your self-care intentions. These affirmations will support you in staying positive, focused, + empowered throughout your day.
Philosophy Practice: Each month, I’ll also teach a philosophy practice that integrates yoga-inspired wisdom. This practice will help you connect to deeper principles of self-care, mindfulness, + intentional living, giving you tools to nurture your mental, emotional, + spiritual well-being.
