Where do sessions take place?
All sessions are held exclusively at David Lloyd Derby + are available only to David Lloyd members. Depending on the nature of your goals, sessions will take place in the Clubroom, gym, or studio.
How long are the sessions?
Each session is 45 minutes long, providing ample time to address your specific wellness needs.
How do I book a session?
Through your David Lloyd app.
What payment options are available?
All bookings + payments are processed through the David Lloyd app. For regular sessions, we offer a package discount: book 10 sessions for the price of 8.
What is the cancellation policy?
I require 24-hour notice for all cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.
I'm new to David Lloyd. Can you help me with my Kickstart sessions?
Absolutely! As a new David Lloyd member, you're entitled to 3 PT sessions through the Kickstart programme. I would love to guide you through these sessions to help you make the most of your membership + establish a strong foundation for your wellness journey.
Are sessions suitable for beginners?
Yes! I work with clients of all fitness levels + experience. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or are more experienced, sessions are tailored to your individual needs + goals. Everyone is welcome.
What should I wear/bring to my session?
Comfortable workout clothing + appropriate footwear. Bring a water bottle + small towel. For specific sessions, I may suggest additional items before we meet.
Can I change my focus area between sessions?
Absolutely! Your wellness journey is unique, + we can adjust our focus based on your evolving needs + goals.
How often should I book sessions?
For the single session option, you can book as needed. For regular sessions, I typically recommend weekly or bi-weekly sessions for optimal results, but we can discuss what works best for your schedule + goals.
