Complementing these monthly sessions, the extensive library features a variety of yin practices tailored to support your unique lifestyle + goals.
Philosophy
I share the vibrant wisdom of yoga philosophy in a way that is relatable, digestible, and easily applicable to our modern lives, helping you embrace a yoga-inspired lifestyle. Each month, I present a themed yoga-inspired philosophy session designed to ignite inspiration, motivation, and alignment with your passion + purpose. In addition to the monthly practice, you'll have access to an ever-expanding library of profound philosophical insights.

Affirmations
One of my favourite self-care practices. Not only are affirmations incredibly powerful, serving as an effective tool to rewire your brain + create new neural pathways that align with more positive thoughts + behaviours, but they’re also easy to incorporate into your daily life. Here at the Inspired Club, you can listen to a new affirmation every month (or one from the affirmations library), or receive your daily dose through the WhatsApp group, where I share affirmations throughout the weekdays.
Daily Inspiration
The Inspired Club offers a daily inspiration group on WhatsApp, providing you with a dose of motivation each day of the week. Then, on Saturdays, you’ll receive Self-Care Saturdays + Slow Sunday Reflections via email to help keep you accountable and inspired.

What if I can't keep up with the practices?
I totally understand life gets busy! There's no falling behind here – all my content stays in our library, and you can access it whenever works for you. This is about finding your own rhythm.
How much time do I need?
The practices are designed to fit into your busy life. You can always extend your practice using our library content when you have more time. Our yoga practice should fit into your life—not the other way around. Whether you have two minutes or twenty, there's something for you: quick affirmations, five-minute meditations, energising asana practices starting at just ten minutes, and simple journaling prompts you can reflect on in a minute. Many of our members even habit stack by listening to philosophy practices on a walk or during their commute. However busy your schedule, you can make space for yourself—and we make it easy.
I’m new to yoga. is this for me?
Absolutely! Our practices are designed for all levels, with clear guidance and modifications. The focus is on making yoga accessible and practical for daily life.
What if I can't make the live meet-ups?
While our monthly meet-ups are wonderful for connection, all other content is available on-demand. You can practice whenever works best for you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! We offer a flexible monthly subscription that you can cancel at any time.

In the videos, I always strive to make my classes inclusive + accessible + so offer a multitude of modifications + variations to support you.

Your well-being is my utmost priority, + I encourage you to check with medical professionals that you are okay to participate in the asana practices.
What equipment do I need?
For your yoga practice, a yoga mat is recommended, providing stability + support.
If you’d like to enhance your practice, optional props such as yoga blocks + a yoga strap can be beneficial. These props help to deepen stretches, improve alignment, + offer support in challenging poses.
To create a relaxed + cosy atmosphere, consider having a blanket, comfortable cushions, + an eye pillow. These additions can help you sink deeper into relaxation, allowing your body and mind to unwind fully. Embracing a serene ambiance + adding a touch of comfort + tranquility to your practice.
