Self-care shouldn’t feel like another thing to keep up with

You know self-care matters — but between work, family and everyday life, long practices + complicated routines can feel unrealistic.

The Inspired Club was created to offer a different approach: supportive, flexible practices that fit into real life, meeting you where you are rather than asking you to do more.

"I've tried other programs but always quit..."

The Inspired Club is different because it works with your life, not against it. No pressure, no guilt, just simple practices you'll actually want to do.

"I barely have time to breathe, let alone do yoga..."

That's exactly why everything is 10 minutes or less. Start with just one practice a week. You'll be amazed at what even that can do. You could even try habit stacking, like listening to the affirmations while brushing your teeth or listening to a philosophy video on your commute.

"What if I fall behind?"

There's no such thing here. This isn't about keeping up – it's about finding what works for YOU. Dip in + out as your schedule allows. That’s the beauty of the on-demand practices.

"I'm not flexible/spiritual/zen enough..."

Perfect! This is for real people living real lives. No pretzel poses or hours of meditation required. Come as you are.

I know how overwhelming wellness can feel

That’s exactly why I created the Inspired Club. Everything I share is designed to fit into real life — because that’s where wellbeing actually happens.

As your teacher and guide, I’m here to offer practices, reflections + resources that feel accessible, supportive + genuinely useful.

No complicated routines. No guilt. Just simple practices + gentle support — from me to you.

Your morning

Wake up to a gentle dose of inspiration — listen to the affirmations while you enjoy your morning drink.

During the day

Take a 10-minute movement break whenever you need a little lift or reset.

Evening

Wind down with a short Yin practice or meditation — yes, even from your bed.

Weekends

When you have more space, explore the monthly theme + take things a little deeper.

Flows

Nurture your body with two short yoga flows each month — one more energising, one slower and stretch-focused. These 10–15 minute practices are designed to support strength, mobility + ease, helping you move in a way that feels supportive + achievable.

Yin

Each month includes a calming 10–15 minute Yin practice, offering space to slow down, soften + release tension. With longer holds + a gentle pace, these practices support deep rest, relaxation + nervous system care.

Inspired Theme

Each month, the Inspired Club is guided by a meaningful theme designed to support how you want to feel in everyday life. Themes are explored through movement, stillness + reflection — helping you weave yoga-inspired wisdom gently into real life, both on + off the mat.

Journaling

Monthly journaling prompts invite gentle reflection + self-awareness. These short practices help you explore your thoughts, emotions + needs — offering clarity, perspective + a deeper connection to yourself.

Playlists

Curated Spotify playlists are shared to complement each month’s theme, helping you create the right atmosphere for movement, rest + reflection.

Meditation

Monthly guided meditations support calm, clarity + inner steadiness. These short practices offer a chance to pause, breathe + reconnect — helping you feel more grounded + supported in everyday life.

Meet-Ups

Monthly virtual meet-ups offer space for connection, reflection + shared experience. Wherever you are in the world, you’re warmly welcome to join + feel part of a supportive community.

Affirmations

Each month, you’ll receive a set of themed affirmations designed to gently support your mindset + self-talk. These short, powerful practices can be listened to anytime — helping to reinforce positive thought patterns in a way that feels natural + accessible.

Inspired Inbox

Inspired Club members receive gentle weekly emails with prompts, reflections + practices to support the monthly theme — offering moments of pause, connection + encouragement between sessions.

FAQs

What if I can't keep up with the practices?

Life gets busy — I completely understand. There’s no falling behind here. All content stays in the Inspired Club library, so you can access it whenever it works for you. This is about finding your rhythm, not keeping up with anyone else.

How much time do I need?

The practices are designed to fit into real, busy lives. Whether you have two minutes or twenty, there’s something to support you.

Inside the Inspired Club you’ll find:

  • quick affirmations you can listen to anytime

  • short meditations (often around five minutes)

  • energising + calming movement practices from around ten minutes

  • simple journaling prompts you can reflect on in a minute or two

Many members also weave practices into daily life — listening to reflections on a walk or during a commute. However full your schedule feels, this space is designed to make self-care feel possible.

I’m new to yoga - is this for me?

Absolutely. The Inspired Club is designed to be accessible + welcoming, whether you’re completely new to yoga or returning after a break. Clear guidance + variations are always offered, with a focus on supporting your body + everyday life.

What if I can't make the live meet-ups?

That’s completely okay. While the monthly meet-ups are a lovely opportunity for connection, all practices + resources are available on-demand. You can engage in a way that works best for you.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. The Inspired Club is a flexible monthly subscription, and you can cancel at any time.

I've tried other programs but always quit...

You’re not alone — and this is exactly why the Inspired Club is different. There’s no pressure, no guilt, and no expectation to do everything. Just simple, supportive practices that work with your life, not against it.

I have an injury

Your wellbeing is my priority. I always aim to make practices inclusive + accessible, offering a range of modifications + variations to support different bodies.

If you ever have questions, I’m always happy to help. I also encourage you to check with a medical professional to ensure you’re happy to participate in any movement-based practices.

What equipment do I need?

A yoga mat is recommended for comfort, stability + support.

Optional props such as yoga blocks + a yoga strap can be helpful for support, alignment + ease.
For relaxation practices, you may also enjoy having a blanket, cushions or an eye pillow — anything that helps you feel cosy, supported + at ease.
