Inspired Studio PHILOSOPHY

Yoga has transformed my own journey, bringing happiness, passion, purpose, and freedom into my life. The studio is inspired by the same philosophy, creating a space + opportunity for others to experience yoga inspired living on their own journey.

At the Inspired Studio, you'll find a serene + welcoming sanctuary to nurture your mind, body, + soul. It's a safe space for all where I share my teachings, guiding you to thrive in a modern world rather than simply survive. Guiding souls on their yoga journey is an honour, and I would be privileged to guide you on yours.

Whether you’re struggling with mental health, or simply looking to enhance your overall wellness, I’m here to support you on your journey to well-being.

CLASSES

You will find a variety of classes to support you on your wellness journey. Whether you step on the mat regularly or a complete beginner, you are warmly welcomed to join. All levels are embraced in all classes. Explore the different options available to discover what resonates with you.

Flow

An invigorating vinyasa flow class that will empower you to move your body with freedom, cultivate a calm mind, + nourish your soul. The class gracefully flows through pranayama (breathing exercises), followed by playful transitions, gradually building up to a peak posture. Finally, we transition into restorative postures, leading us to a soul-nourishing savasana.

chill

This grounding gentle flow class offers a lower intensity experience compared to the flow class, allowing you to move your body freely, calm your mind + nourish your soul. Suitable for beginners, with a slower pace for a gentle yet fulfilling practice that embraces the fundamentals of movement + mindfulness.

Yin

A soothing + serene class for deep relaxation. We begin with pranayama (breathing exercises) to settle the mind, followed by long holds of postures that allow you to release tension + find serenity, allowing you to sink deeper into relaxation floating off into a dreamy savasana, where you can fully unwind, destress, surrender + let go.

PILATES

Pilates is a holistic, low-impact exercise emphasizing core strength for improved posture, balance, and stability. In this mat-based class, precise movements engage all muscle groups, promoting strength and mobility. Suitable for all levels, Pilates guarantees to activate those muscles, leaving you feeling energised, challenged, + empowered.

FIT FLOW

A vibrant + uplifting class with all the feel good energy. This yoga inspired workout blends invigorating postures, seamless sequences, and graceful flows to create a workout that not only strengthens your body but also enhances mobility + boosts your confidence. A journey of well-being where every movement is a celebration, + every session leaves you feeling empowered + uplifted.

Meditation

Welcoming all levels, this FREE guided meditation class takes you on a journey towards clarity, focus, and inspiration. Take a moment to unwind, find peace, release stress, + find your centre as you rebalance your mind. This class is a sanctuary where everyone is invited to discover the profound benefits of meditation inspiring a journey towards inner peace + rejuvenation.

FAQ

  • Of course! Yoga is for everyone + everybody. All the practices are suitable for all levels. Each + everyone of us is on our own journey + at different chapters of our story. What’s important is starting + giving yourself the space + opportunity to learn + grow. We can’t learn something new if we don’t begin.

    Even when we can do a certain variation of an asana (posture), it doesn’t mean that we have to take that variation every time. Sometimes we modify. And sometimes, we take a child’s a pose. And that’s totally okay + encouraged. Every time we step onto the mat, we feel completely differently. It’s about honouring that version of yourself.

  • Everyone is welcome to every class + everyone comes to yoga for a different reason.

    Chill is a great class to start with as we move at a slower pace so you get to know your up dog from your down dog but if you want to dive straight into the Flow class, you’d be so welcome. The studio is such a lovely space – you will be so supported by me but also the lovely souls that practice with you. Giggles + wobbles are completely welcome!

    If you’re wanting to focus more on de-stressing + relaxing, then I recommend the Yin or meditation class.

  • I always offer modifications + variations in the practices.

    I encourage you to chat to me before or after a class if you have any questions + I’ll always be happy to go through modifications before/after a class. You’re not alone – I’m here to guide + support you.

  • For any class after 6pm, you can park on the road outside the studio. However, you can park in surrounding car parks such as Piggin’s Croft or on surrounding streets.

  • I completely understand life happens so please get here safely + I will leave the door 10 minutes after the class start time.

    If you are late, either email me at info@carolineinspired.co.uk or click here to contact me on WhatsApp.

    If you can’t make the class please cancel via the book system.

  • You are warmly invited to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the class, allowing ample time for a smooth transition. To ensure the best experience for everyone, I kindly request that you refrain from arriving earlier, as I may be occupied with teaching or preparing the space for your session.

    Once you arrive, please feel free to make yourself at home, treat yourself to a soothing cup of tea + relax in the waiting room before class.

  • I totally understand that sometimes circumstances change, + you may need to cancel or manage your scheduled classes.

    The convenient online booking system allows you to easily handle these requests.

    You have the flexibility to cancel your class at any time, but please keep in mind that if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled class, your credit will be forfeited.

    I kindly ask that you consider the waiting list when canceling your class. By canceling in advance, you give others the opportunity to join the session.

  • All you need to bring is your beautiful self! The Inspired Studio provides all the necessary yoga props to support your practice + enhance your experience. I have mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, + eye pillows available for your use.

    However, if you have a personal preference or would feel more at ease using your own yoga mat or props, you are more than welcome to bring them along.

  • Yes, absolutely! The doors to the studio open 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the session. This gives you ample time to arrive, settle in, + even change if needed.

  • Feel free to wear any clothing that makes you feel comfortable + confident. There’s no specific dress code for practicing yoga. Whether you prefer to wear fitted workout attire, loose-fitting clothing, or even something more casual, the most important thing is that you feel at ease + able to move freely during the practice.

    While socks are allowed, I encourage you to consider taking them off during the session, especially for poses that involve balance. Being barefoot allows for better connection with the ground + helps to enhance stability and grounding in your practice.

    However, if you have any concerns or feel more comfortable wearing socks, please feel free to do so. (I promise no one will be looking at your feet!)
