Ask yourself: *What boundaries do I need to set to protect my energy as it fluctuates with the seasonal change?* Perhaps it means saying no to overcommitting socially or creating more time for personal reflection + self-care. It could be about simplifying your schedule, letting go of obligations that drain you, + giving yourself permission to slow down. Autumn reminds us that conserving energy is not laziness but an act of wisdom + self-preservation.

Ishvara Pranidhana: Surrendering to Nature

Ishvara Pranidhana is the practice of surrender, an invitation to release control + trust in the flow of life.
