Refunds + Returns

• We believe you will love our products; however, should you have to, you can return the items within 14 days of receipt. Please note that buyers are responsible for any return postage costs. We advise you use the tracked shipping method for any returns.

• To start the return process, please contact us with your name + order number at info@carolineinspired.co.uk.

• Returned items must be in the same condition you received them + in the original packaging.

• Refunds can only be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to appear back in your account.

• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. It is advised that you send returns using a tracked service or obtain proof of postage. Please ensure your order number is included in your return.

• Once your return is received, you will be refunded within 10 days, minus postage costs.
