Grow + Glow

Reflect on your life with compassion, plant seeds for your future in the present, and nurture growth with patience + self-care, creating a fertile ground for transformation + radiant vitality.

Reflecting On Our Garden of Our Life

Let's begin our journey with self-reflection, or Svadhyaya, infused with compassion. Take a moment to gently explore the landscape of your life, acknowledging both the blooms + the areas that may need nurturing.

From here, we can observe with curiosity what isn't flourishing + what needs to change. Are there dreams waiting to be realised? Habits in need of transformation? Emotions seeking acknowledgment? By identifying these areas, we create space for growth + evolution.

What Do You Want to Plant?

When we know where we are in our present, we know where we are going. From this reflection, we can now envision the garden of your future - what would you like your future to look like? Define your intentions for the future + explore the deeper 'why' behind them. Cultivate a sense of purpose + meaning in your journey.

Make a commitment to honour your higher self + invest in your future. Reflect on what you're available for in your life. Are you open to new experiences, opportunities, and connections? Cultivate an attitude of receptivity + abundance as you embrace the journey of growth with dedication and perseverance.

Plan the Planting of Seeds

In our journey of growth + evolution, it's essential to understand the role of stress as a catalyst for change. While stress can often carry negative connotations, it's important to recognise that not all stress is harmful. In fact, healthy stress can be a powerful force for growth + transformation. By embracing manageable stress + cultivating a healthy relationship with it, we can harness its energy to propel us forward on our path. Whether it's the stress of challenging yoga poses or the stress of pushing ourselves to achieve our goals, we can leverage stress as a tool for personal development + empowerment. The key is to discern between stress that supports our growth + stress that depletes us, ensuring that we nourish ourselves along the way.

Finding the right balance of stress is incredibly unique + personal to us. So we want to find balance by establishing maximums + minimums in your life. For example, if we’re wanting to start working out regularly, our maximum might be 4 times a week + our minimum is 2.

Time + Energy to Bloom

Your time and energy are among your most precious resources. They deserve our utmost respect, honour, protection, and nurturing. When we embark on the journey of planting seeds + creating change, we require ample energy for these endeavours. It is imperative to prioritise our well-being throughout this process. After all, as the age-old adage goes, we cannot pour from an empty cup.

Glow With Your Biology

Shift from multitasking to mono-tasking, acknowledging that our brains are not designed to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Did you know only 2% of brains can actually multi-task? Focus your energy on one task at a time to enhance productivity + presence.

When faced with challenges or setbacks, choose love over fear. A natural part of the process in creating change or developing new habits is falling on and off again repeatedly. Embrace this natural journey of growth with compassion, resilience, and a willingness to learn and evolve - remembering, we can always, always choose again.

Fertile Soil

Remember that you cannot pour from an empty cup. Prioritise self-care + well-being as you tend to the garden of your life, nurturing yourself with love, compassion, and nourishment.

Challenge the belief that change requires sacrifice. Instead, cultivate a mindset of abundance and possibility, where growth and radiance unfold naturally + joyfully.
