Embracing Enoughness

Not feeling good enough really affects our well-being, our self-worth + self-confidence. We can feel 'not good enough' in one area of our life, but its powerful (although negative) vibration affects all areas of our life. And so, I'm bringing you the tools to help you move from an energy of lack, of not feeling good enough, into feeling good enough. And then doing the daily work to return there.

Perspective of Life

When we are in a vibration of not feeling good enough, we are perceiving life in an energy of lack, causing us to often unconsciously be ungrateful for all we have, all we've journeyed through, all we've achieved. When we move into a perspective of appreciation and gratitude, we start to see that we are good enough, that we do enough, that we have enough.

Reset

When our belief system is rooted in not feeling good enough, it affects everything: our minds, bodies, lifestyle, and stress levels. We enter into a heightened state of stress + literally can't see the wood for the trees, and therefore, entering into a state of gratitude + appreciation feels impossible. So my biggest advice (and from my own personal experience) is to reset. To take care of your well-being, and then from that place make change.

Feel the Feels

Be compassionate with yourself when you're in a state of not feeling enough. Because it's a really tough place to be in but also, completely natural as a human being. We are + always will be in a constant fluctuation of feeling not good enough to good enough. We want to spend more time feeling good enough! So we want to feel the feels, let it out, to let it go.

Gratitude + Appreciation

Gratitude is a powerful vibration. And its power can move us into an abundant perspective. We start to see that we are enough! When we take time to actually see there is evidence of where we are enough in all areas of life, we start to feel grateful + appreciative. A daily gratitude practice can really help us stay in an 'enough' vibration rather than in a 'not enough' vibration.

Scale of 1 to 5

We can't go from feeling completely not enough to feeling enough. It's a journey that takes time, commitment, and dedication. We want to move gently from not feeling good enough (1), to having hope (2), to no longer being available for feeling not good enough (3), to being available for feeling good (4), to feeling good enough (5). It's natural to fluctuate between these, but ideally, we want to consciously spend more time at a 5.

Feeling Enough to Welcome More

To be in an abundant, grateful + enough mindset doesn't mean we don't desire more or want to work on the areas of our life where we don't feel enough or fulfilled, but we do so from a place of gratitude. It gives us the opportunity to experience life in a completely different way.
