Grow + Glow
Reflect on your life with compassion, plant seeds for your future in the present, + nurture growth with patience + self-care. By doing so, you create fertile ground for transformation + radiant vitality.
Reflecting on our garden of life
Begin with self-reflection, or Svadhyaya, infused with compassion. Gently explore the landscape of your life, noticing both the blooms + the areas that need nurturing.
Observe with curiosity what isn’t flourishing + what needs to change. Are there dreams waiting to be realised? Habits that need transformation? Emotions seeking acknowledgment? Identifying these areas creates space for growth + evolution.
What do you want to plant?
Understanding where you are now allows you to envision the garden of your future. What would you like it to look like? Define your intentions + explore the deeper ‘why’ behind them. Cultivate a sense of purpose + meaning in your journey.
Make a commitment to honour your higher self + invest in your future. Reflect on what you’re available for in life. Are you open to new experiences, opportunities, + connections? Cultivate receptivity + abundance as you embrace growth with dedication + perseverance.
Plan the planting of seeds
Stress can be a catalyst for change. While often seen negatively, healthy stress can fuel growth + transformation. Embrace manageable stress + cultivate a balanced relationship with it.
Whether it’s challenging yoga poses or pushing toward goals, harness stress as a tool for personal development + empowerment. The key is to discern stress that supports growth versus stress that depletes you, while nourishing yourself along the way.
Balance is personal. Establish maximums + minimums for your activities. For example, if starting regular workouts, your maximum might be 4 times a week + your minimum 2.
Time + energy to bloom
Your time + energy are precious resources. Honour, protect, + nurture them. Planting seeds + creating change requires prioritising well-being. Remember, you cannot pour from an empty cup.
Glow with your biology
Shift from multitasking to mono-tasking, as our brains are not designed to juggle multiple tasks effectively. Only about 2% of people can multi-task well. Focus energy on one task at a time to enhance productivity + presence.
When faced with challenges, choose love over fear. Growth involves setbacks; falling + getting back up is natural. Embrace this process with compassion, resilience, + a willingness to evolve.
Fertile soil
Prioritise self-care + well-being as you tend the garden of your life. Nurture yourself with love, compassion, + nourishment. Challenge the belief that growth requires sacrifice. Cultivate a mindset of abundance + possibility, allowing transformation + radiance to unfold naturally + joyfully.
