In Love

Everything is energy + energy is everything. The highest vibration of this energy is love. Love is everywhere in the universe, and we're all connected to it. Living with love means embracing it + knowing we deserve to feel it. Fear is also a powerful vibration, we can’t deny its presence. It doesn't mean ignoring fear but rather meeting fear with love. Love, not fear, is the solution.

Vibration of Love

Love emanates a vibration that is abundant, compassionate, forgiving, appreciative, grateful, empathetic, understanding, affectionate, passionate, devoted, caring, respectful, wise, powerful, attentive, thoughtful, gentle, considerate, and kind. In contrast, fear resonates with feelings of anxiety, overwhelm, separation, judgment, attack, panic, stress, and pain.

Vrittis

The "five vrittis" are fluctuations in our consciousness that impact how we perceive the world. One of these fluctuations leads to suffering through false perceptions, insecurities, and powerful emotions, ultimately creating fear. This fear prompts us to form images + projections that lack truth. These projections shape our perceptions, trapping us in a cycle of fear + preventing us from experiencing the potential of love. Our subconscious holds onto these projections, triggering negative responses. By shifting our focus + changing our projections, we can alter our perception + choose to see through the lens of love rather than fear. Show your vrittis some love! Journey through them with love.

Love Life

To cultivate love in your life, engage in activities that create love, joy, and appreciation for life, shifting your narrative from fear to love. Establish self-care routines that prioritise your well-being + reconnect with practices that promote self-love. Consider daily acts of kindness towards yourself + others, fostering a nurturing environment. Craft affirmations infused with love to revisit during challenging times, reinforcing a positive mindset + resilience in the face of adversity.

Appreciation Overflow

There are many ways to journal. Journaling is a powerful tool for creating + embodying gratitude + appreciation, essential components of love's energy. We can practice this appreciation journaling by two ways: first, write down all the things you appreciate + are grateful for, big or small, to build momentum in positivity. Second, focus on intention that hasn’t manifested yet + journal about what is already present, progress made, and lessons learned, redirecting focus from fear to love. This puts you in an attractive energy for manifesting! ;)

Comeback Rate

The world offers numerous opportunities for us to disconnect from love, but it also presents endless chances for us to reconnect + strengthen our resilience in returning to love. While fear may knock us down, it's love that uplifts us. So, will you choose to learn through fear or through love? Will you dwell in fear or embrace love? We can return to love through actions like taking a deep breath, affirming a commitment to see situations with love, creating space for reflection, placing a hand over your heart, listening to uplifting music, engaging in meditation, reciting affirmations, or engaging in movement.

Higher Self

Explore how your higher self can aid you in living a life filled with love. Consider how they demonstrate love, offer support, and maintain healthy boundaries. Reflect on their response to fear and adversity, drawing inspiration from their approach. Identify ways to seek support from your higher self in returning to a state of love, enhancing your ability to navigate life's challenges with grace and resilience.
