The classes are held in the Caroline Inspired Studio, above 15-17 Watnall Road, Hucknall, Nottingham, NG15 7LD. There are parking spaces outside which are available after 6pm; alternatively you can park on the surrounding streets or in Piggins Croft Car Park which is free after 6pm.

Yes of course! Yoga is a practice for everyone. It’s not about how flexible you are. The beauty of yoga is that the aim is not to meet an end goal, but to set the intention to simply show up, get on your mat, and be there — aware, awake and present. You don’t have to have any prior experience to practice yoga. All my classes are for all levels. I offer variations on the different asanas (poses) in the class – you choose what is right for you in that moment. You don’t need to worry about what anyone else is doing. You do you. You are your greatest teacher. So if something doesn’t feel right or you can feel pain, then just come out of the asana.

My classes run in a 4 week block – which is started and finished on a set date.
For one class a week its £20 for the 4 week block; for two classes a week its £30 for the 4 week block; or for three classes a week its’s £40 for the 4 week block; OR four classes for £50 for the 4 weeks. The block MUST be paid for at the start of the block.
If you do MEDITATION + FLOW on a Saturday morning, it will be £25 for the two classes – due to meditation being a shorter session.
If you’d like to come to just a single session, a drop in class is £8 and £5 for the meditation class. If you do MEDITATION + FLOW on a Saturday morning as a drop in – it will be £10.
If the classes are full, you are very welcome to be added onto a wait list. A space will become available when an existing customer discontinues with their block booking.
PLEASE NOTE THAT NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY CLASSES NOT ATTENDED.
CLASSES CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER PERSON. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAKE A CLASS, I AM HAPPY FOR YOU TO REARRANGE FOR AN ALTERNATIVE CLASS WITHIN THAT BLOCK. FULL BLOCK PAYMENT EVEN IF ANY CLASSES ARE MISSED – IF NOT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED AT THE DROP IN PRICE PER SESSION.
Mats will be provided, however you are more than welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. The classes are practiced barefoot to allow us find stability and contact with the floor and to help us be more aware of alignment in yoga poses and exercises.
Please wear comfortable clothing and a drink of water to stay hydrated.
Please note, no shoes are allowed in the studio – this is to keep this space clean for people to practice. There is a space in the studio for you to store your belongings.
At the end of the class, we will come into the beautiful pose, Savasana (the sleepy looking pose!) – I come round given a little head, neck + shoulder massage using some lush oils (you can totally opt out of this!) You are very welcome to use a blanket (I have plenty for you to use) to keep you warm in this pose. If you suffer from any knee pain, I invite you to bring a cushion to place under your knees during parts of the practice. If you’re attending ‘RE-NOURISH’, please bring a couple of cushions/pillows, as we will be relaxing into asanas (yoga poses) for longer holds.
CAROLINE INSPIRED FLOW
My signature class! Beginning the practice with pranayama (breathing exercises) to help transition into your practice from the busy world, flowing into asanas (postures) that increase strength + flexibility, finishing off in a relaxing savasana with some inspiring words. Leave this class feeling grounded, balanced, energised, calm + more like you.
CAROLINE INSPIRED RE-NOURISH
Complete relaxation! This class is all about slowing down to re-nourish your body + mind. Asanas (postures) are held for longer periods of time, to fully relax + release tension. You’ll need to come with cushions/pillows for this class (I have some you can borrow). Perfect for anyone wanting really slow down, unwind, calm the mind, relax + release tension in the body.
CAROLINE INSPIRED SLOW + STRETCHY
This class is similar to the CAROLINE INSPIRED FLOW but we flow at a slower pace, holding postures for slightly longer. Great for all levels, particularly beginners as we move at a more gentle pace.
CAROLINE INSPIRED FIT FLOW
The class is a yoga inspired fitness workout that works on strengthening your whole body, increases mobility + flexibility. YOGA FIT classes are designed to make you feel energised, stronger, fitter + leaner. Don’t be put off by this more challenging class on the timetable – all levels are welcome + we work on celebrating our already INCREDIBLE body’s as they are right now, whilst taking care of them physically + working on new challenges.
CAROLINE INSPIRED MEDITATION
Mediation helps to balances us and brings us into the present moment. Practicing mediation trains our concentration, helps deal with anxiety, helps with stress management and improves work efficiency. I guide you through different meditation techniques to help you with the rollercoaster of day to day life.

I teach modern based alignment yoga and focus on healing and connecting with your body, mind and soul as one. I’m always learning as a teacher to bring you a practice that is safe and nourishing for your body. Yoga allows us to infuse more self-love into our souls. As a result, you de-stress, become more open and flexible and begin to witness the incredible benefits throughout all aspects of your body and life. I am moved by words and yoga philosophy + love to use these to enhance the practice.
I’m a registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.
I’m a fully qualified Personal Trainer.
I’m qualified in ‘Emergency First Aid’.
I’m also a Primary School Teacher! (I left the profession to begin ‘Caroline Inspired’)
I run my classes in block bookings of 4 weeks. There are a few reasons for doing this:
– You’re more committed to come if you have paid – and having a regular practice, rather than once in a blue moon, is going to benefit you so much more.
– Consistency and perseverance are great practices of yoga and are a great practice off the yoga mat too. How many times to we have an intention to start something and then just quit because we’ve not made time for it?
– It’s so important that you take the time for you, at least once a week, to practice self-love. It is your time on the mat where you don’t have to do anything for anyone else. Self-love is not selfish, and we need you shining your best to light up the world. A one hour yoga session is 4% of your day – that’s it! That’s your 4%.
– I’m a very small and new business and ‘Caroline Inspired’. Running my classes in 4 week blocks enables me to be able to do ‘Caroline Inspired’.
– There’s only 1 week out of the 4 that payment needs taking – that way the exchange of money isn’t disrupting the start of every yoga session.
