I teach modern based alignment yoga and focus on healing and connecting with your body, mind and soul as one. Yoga allows us to infuse more self-love into our souls. As a result, you de-stress, become more open and flexible and begin to witness the incredible benefits throughout all aspects of your body and life.
Am I flexible enough to do yoga? Of course you are! It’s not about how flexible you are. The beauty of yoga is that the aim is not to meet an end goal, but to set the intention to simply show up, get on your mat, and be there — aware, awake and present.

‘Caroline Inspired Yoga’ can also be offered in a personal 1:1 yoga session allowing you to practice in the comfort of your own home or at the ‘Caroline Inspired Studio’. 1:1 sessions begin with a body and health consultation where we look at any concerns you may have and set your intention that you wish to achieve through your practice. Want to practice yoga in a small group with your friends or family? If so, practicing with friends or your partner is a great way to stay motivated. I offer group sessions either in the comfort of your own home or at the ‘Caroline Inspired Studio’. I also am available for corporate yoga sessions.
