As a qualified PT + yoga teacher, I’m all about creating workouts that strengthen your mind + body. My workouts combine focus on increasing strength, flexibility, mobility – leaving you feeling empowered + energised.

I love to celebrate what our bodies can do + focus our mindset on what incredible things our body can do for us already; having acceptance where we are right now; with a drive to FEEL our best. Health comes in all shapes + sizes, let’s embrace + celebrate how badass we already are.

Below are home workouts for you to do in the comfort of your on home, in the park, wherever! All you need is the strength of your beautiful body. Always listen to your body – NEVER push through any pain. Rest when you need to rest. Cheer yourself along. Celebrate all that you can do! Move because you LOVE + RESPECT your body. And focus on what YOU can do – don’t worry what anyone else is doing. You’ve totally got this.

Always perform a warm up before working out + cool down at the end. Warming up + cooling down is a VITAL aspect of training as it prepares your heart, lungs, muscles + nervous system for working out; and cooling down returns your heart rate, breathing + nervous system back to resting levels gradually + allows for muscle recovery + repair. Please seek the advice of a qualified expert if you are new to exercise or haven’t exercised in a while.
