Another popular weekly recipe in our house. Quick + easy to make – get creative and add all sorts in!
Coconut oil/olive oil
Cheese (I use VioLife Vegan cheese – hence why it hasn’t melted!)
Chop up the vegetables + add to the pan with the oil, garlic + smoked paprika. I cook the vegetables until they’re a little burnt – add to a tortilla wrap (my favourite are chilli wraps!) with spinach + cheese. Enjoy! (I totally have two of these by the way!)
