Red Pepper Hummus + Veggie Sticks

Homemade hummus is super cheap and easy to make! I love to have it as a snack with veggie sticks. This can be made with any roasted veggies – I used roasted red pepper for this.

INGREDIENTS

1 can of drained chickpeas

Garlic

Salt

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon tahini

Squeeze of 1 lemon

Roasted red pepper (optional)

METHOD

Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth – optional to add more olive oil to make creamier.
