Mango Smoothie

Mango Smoothie

Smoothies are my go to for breakfast but they have to be full of nourishing ingredients – not just water + protein powder.

INGREDIENTS

Protein powder

200ml coconut + almond milk

Frozen banana

Handful of frozen mango

1 teaspoon nut butter

1/2 cup of oats

Big handful of spinach

METHOD

Put it into a a blender cup – and blend!
